It was my first time going to a hammam in London, and I really liked it. It was very calm and refreshing. The facial was also really good, and I enjoyed it a lot. I met friendly people who made me feel very welcome. The service was great, and they treated me very well. This was my first spa experience in London, and it’s now my favourite. I had the most beautiful experience today at Liya Pure Hammam & Beauty . From the moment we walked in, everything felt so calming, welcoming, and special. I surprised my mum with a spa day, and it honestly couldn’t have been more perfect. We both truly enjoyed every second of our time there. The service was absolutely amazing so attentive, thoughtful, and genuine. Liya was so incredibly sweet and caring, making sure we were comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Pauline was just as lovely so warm and kind. They both made us feel so looked after and special.The atmosphere was beautiful, everyone was so accommodating, and the little touches made such a difference. I especially loved the herbal tea it was such a comforting and thoughtful addition to the whole experience.It was such a lovely day for both me and my mum, and I’m so grateful for the care we received. My husband booked the hammam at the last minute for our 10th wedding anniversary. We had a very low expectation as I previously experienced it before elsewhere. They didn't disappoint. They completely went above and beyond. Upon receiving us at the reception, they welcomed us with warm beverage, but we kindly refused as we just wanted to go ahead with the experience promptly. They took their time. they checked and reassured us, which is very nice. The staff was very delightful, very friendly and gentle. As I mentioned at the top. We booked at the last minute, but they still managed to surprised us with candle light, champagne. They even managed to decorate the table. pulled out the ring lights for the photos and a beautiful cake. My husband and I have nothing but gratitude. We highly recommend you check it out, ya'll. Shout out to the owner of Liya pure "Liya" You Rock! 1000 🌟 Mr and Mrs De Sa.
